About Fit Living Lifestyle
Active Travel, Scenic Hikes, and Real-World Adventure
Fit Living Lifestyle is here for travelers who want more from a trip than just checking into a hotel and finding the nearest restaurant.
This site is for people who want to hike the trail, chase the waterfall, walk the old city streets, paddle the quiet water, and find the kind of outdoor experiences that make a trip feel alive.
You do not need to be an elite athlete to enjoy adventure travel. You just need curiosity, comfortable shoes, and a willingness to take the scenic route once in a while.
What You’ll Find Here
Fit Living Lifestyle focuses on practical outdoor travel guides for regular people who want active, memorable trips.
You’ll find guides to scenic hikes, easy national park trails, waterfall routes, city walks, kayaking spots, road trips, and outdoor adventures around the world.
The goal is simple: help you plan trips that include movement, nature, fresh air, and places worth slowing down for.
Our Mission
The mission of Fit Living Lifestyle is to inspire more people to explore the world through active travel.
That might mean hiking a mountain trail in Ireland, walking through a historic city, finding a hidden waterfall in British Columbia, or taking on an easy national park hike with big views and low stress.
Adventure does not always need to be extreme. Sometimes it is a quiet trail, a misty morning, a roadside viewpoint, or a walk that turns into the best part of your trip.
We believe travel is better when you experience a place with your body, not just your camera roll.
About Nathan
Hi, I’m Nathan Sado, the traveler and creator behind Fit Living Lifestyle.
I started this site with a simple idea: life feels better when adventure, movement, and travel are part of it.
Before becoming a full-time traveler, I spent years in the fitness world. My background includes time in the U.S. Army, law enforcement, personal training, boot camp instruction, strength and conditioning, sports nutrition, and sports therapy.
That fitness background shaped how I travel. I have always been drawn to places that get me outside and moving, whether that is a hike, a long walk, a bike ride, a paddle, or a trail with a view that makes the climb worth it.
I have been traveling full-time since 2013 and have explored cities, coastlines, mountains, national parks, small towns, and wild corners around the world.
Over time, Fit Living Lifestyle has grown from a fitness-focused travel blog into a site about active travel and outdoor adventure. The heart of the site is still the same. It is about living more fully, moving more often, and choosing experiences over autopilot.
Who This Site Is For
Fit Living Lifestyle is for travelers who want adventure without needing everything to be intense, expensive, or complicated.
It is for people who want to know which hikes are actually worth the effort, which waterfalls are easy to reach, which city walks show you more than the tourist strip, and how to build more outdoor time into a trip.
Some guides are for beginners. Some are for more experienced hikers. Most are for people somewhere in the middle who want honest, useful advice before they go.
Start Exploring
Use this site to find hiking guides, waterfall trails, national park routes, city walks, kayaking ideas, and active travel inspiration for your next trip.
The world is full of places worth exploring. Fit Living Lifestyle is here to help you find them, plan better, and get moving.
Adventure does not have to be extreme. It just has to get you out there.

Sorry no trips at the moment
Hi there. Found you in instagram. I have a yoga studio and boutique in lovely Muskoka – Ontario – Canada. Every year I take my peeps on a retreat. I am looking to organize my 2018 trip in November and wondered if you had a one week package available that involved hiking, kayaking and a little down time 🙂 and I of course would add the yoga. Preferably withing 4-5 hours flight time. Best, Jasmine
